We pride ourselves on integrity, performance, and a team-oriented culture. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team.

Position Summary

The F&I Manager is responsible for presenting finance and insurance products to customers, securing competitive financing, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maximizing dealership profitability while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell finance and insurance products such as service contracts, GAP, credit insurance, and extended warranties
• Structure finance deals and work with lenders to secure competitive loan terms
• Ensure all paperwork and documentation are accurate, compliant, and completed promptly
• Maintain thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations (FTC, RESPA, etc.)
• Build strong relationships with lending institutions
• Meet or exceed department sales and profit goals
• Deliver a transparent, ethical, and customer-focused buying experience
• Train and support sales staff on F&I processes when needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership
• Strong understanding of finance, insurance products, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license
