We’re looking for Sales Professionals who bring energy to every conversation, whether a customer walks into the showroom, calls the store or reaches out online. You’ll help people find the right vehicle, guide them through the buying process and create an experience that earns their trust.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with customers in person, by phone, text and online.
• Ask thoughtful questions and recommend vehicles that fit each customer’s needs.
• Respond quickly to new inquiries and turn conversations into appointments.
• Present vehicles, conduct test drives and confidently guide customers through their purchase.
• Follow up consistently and personally. Give customers a reason to keep the conversation going.
• Keep accurate notes and appointments in the CRM so no opportunity gets lost.
• Build product knowledge and sharpen your sales skills through coaching and practice.
• Work with your managers and teammates to deliver a smooth experience from first contact to delivery.

What You Bring

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and the motivation to earn based on your performance.
• Confidence starting conversations and the curiosity to listen before making a recommendation.
• Strong communication, organization and follow-through.
• A willingness to learn, accept coaching and keep improving.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful. Automotive experience is a plus.
